Game4Padel – Terms & Conditions 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Game4Padel, operated by Game4Padel Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your use of our website (www.game4padel.com) and all services including the MATCHi booking system.
By accessing or using our Website and Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. General Rules
• All players and visitors must follow venue rules and instructions issued by Game4Padel staff.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who behaves in an unsafe, abusive, threatening, or disruptive manner.
• Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult unless participating in an organised coaching activity.
3. Membership
• Membership costs £6.50 per month.
• Membership benefits are listed on the Game4Padel website.
• Membership fees are non‑refundable.
• Membership may be cancelled at any time without additional charges.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
4.1 Bookings
• All courts must be booked using MATCHi (or the designated platform for that venue).
• Payment is required at the time of booking. MATCHi processes payments retrospectively — usually 24 hours after the session, during which the charge may appear as pending.
• Some venues or partner facilities may set additional local booking rules.
4.2 Cancellations & Refunds
Covered Courts:
• Cancelling more than 24 hours before the start time incurs a £1 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non‑refundable.
• No‑shows are charged at full price.
Uncovered Courts:
• Cancelling more than 2 hours before the start time incurs a £1 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 2 hours are non‑refundable.
• No‑shows are charged at full price.
Game4Padel may cancel bookings for operational or safety reasons. In these cases, a full refund or credit will be issued.
5. User Responsibilities
• You must keep your account details secure and ensure all information provided is accurate.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
6. Incidents & Reporting
• Any injury, accident, or equipment issue must be reported to staff immediately.
• If no staff are present, email support@game4padel.com as soon as possible.
7. Equipment Hire
• Rackets and balls for hire are subject to availability.
• Lost or damaged rental equipment may incur replacement charges.
• All hired items must be returned in good condition.
• Balls are not provided at most venues and can be purchased at www.game4padel.shop.
8. Health, Safety & Conduct
• Respect for staff and fellow players is mandatory. Harassment, discrimination, abuse or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Be considerate of local residents. Keep noise to reasonable levels. Music is not permitted on courts or surrounding areas.
• Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are not permitted on courts or inside enclosed structures.
• Dogs are not permitted within courts, corridors, enclosed walkways, or playing areas.
9. Intellectual Property
• All content on our Website is the property of Game4Padel or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce or distribute content without prior written consent.
10. Weather & Court Conditions
• Courts may be slippery in wet or frosty conditions — please take care.
• If you believe the courts are unsafe, do not play and contact support@game4padel.com.
11. Limitation of Liability
• To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of our Website or Services.
• We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of our Services.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our Website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
